But of course, they shouldn’t be. If meetings weren’t necessary, then there wouldn’t be much call for business travel. However, there is no doubt that meetings are expensive and that many meetings are an expensive waste of time. This course will ensure that your meetings are worthwhile meetings

- Set up meetings effectively
- Ensure that meetings keep to their purpose and schedule
- Exercise effective control techniques
- Record procedures and decisions
- Ensure that appropriate post-meeting action is taken
The course will incorporate a range of learning methods, all of which will include a high degree of delegate involvement. You will have the opportunity to practise the skills and techniques discussed and there will be at least one video-recorded meeting role-play.
